By collaborating with professional Quantity Surveyors and leveraging our specialist engineering expertise, we can accurately predict and quantify the cost of maintenance or repairs needed for civil and structural assets. Through regular assessment and inspection of these assets, our maintenance planning ensures that the condition of the assets is thoroughly evaluated, enabling us to provide precise cost estimations for any necessary repairs or upkeep. Systems typically following:

• Categorize the civil and structural assets into functional areas (or WBS, code of accounts as required)
• Develop a maintenance forecast schedule with assigned costs
• Develop a schedule to capture frequency, predictive, statutory, routine and run-to-failure maintenance
• Prioritize functional areas and extract budget forecasts as needed
• Annual SIMM to inform lifecycle model for updates to the condition of assets
• Integration of cost info into mine accounting package (SAP, Sage, JD Edwards, etc.)
